Hunter Safety Class
California Hunter Education Instructors, Mark Phelps and Charlie Starr with students of a recent Hunter Education Class, September 14th and 15th, 2013 at Hastings Island Hunting Preserve. Hastings Island hosts a minimum of two Hunter education classes per year, in Spring and Fall, and is available to individuals who seek the California Hunter Education Certificate that is required to purchase a hunting license.
